Taylor has been dancing since she was 3 years old in Lancaster, California at Dance Magic Studios. She has studied and performed many forms of dance including jazz, ballet, tap, modern, contemporary, and hip-hop. Taylor danced competitively for 12 years and was a member of Antelope Valley Ballet Company for 5 years. While living in Lancaster, Taylor was on the dance team for the local Minor League Baseball team; performing and choreographing there for three seasons. She also performed with Antelope Valley College’s performing company for two years before transferring to Cal Poly.

Since moving to San Luis Obispo she has been a member of Street Heat Dance Studio’s EPiDEMIC Dance Company as a choreographer and director of contemporary for three seasons. She has also choreographed and performed for Duende Dance Company at Cuesta College and Orchesis Dance Company at Cal Poly.

Taylor is a recent graduate of Cal Poly with a B.S. in Recreation and a Minor in Dance. When she is not teaching dance, Taylor is working at her family restaurant or in management at Blues Baseball.
